Rachel's experience across multiple facets of lending provides a strategic, wide-angle view of the mortgage process. She anticipates challenges, structures thoughtful solutions, and guides clients through complex scenarios with clarity and confidence. Rather than leading with rates alone, she focuses on the strategy behind the loan; explaining the “why” so clients feel informed and empowered.

Licensed in Colorado, California, and Florida, she works with clients who are relocating, investing, and building homes across these markets. Her multi-state experience allows her to account for regional nuances, lending guidelines, and market dynamics when structuring each loan.

Rachel takes a relationship-driven, hands-on approach to lending, remaining accessible and proactive throughout the process. This commitment has built long-standing trust with homeowners, real estate partners, and repeat clients.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Communication with a minor in Economics from CU Denver, along with a degree in Marketing, which enables her to blend financial insight with clear communication and strategic thinking.

 

Outside of work, she is a proud mother who values travel, family, and experiences that bring perspective and balance - qualities that shape how she serves her clients.
