I founded Greenlight Mortgage Group on the principle that cookie-cutter doesn't do it anymore for clients. In addition, we needed to set ourselves apart for realtors as well. To do this, we've used technology and strategic partnerships to achieve an average "Clear to Close" time of just 8 days, providing a major competitive edge for buyers. This allows us to offer better rates, an efficient process, and ultimately happier clients and realtors.

 

Matt Hardy has been in the financial industry since 2009 and specializing in Mortgage Banking since 2012. After graduating from the University of Colorado Boulder (CU Boulder) with a degree in Finance, he began his career as a financial analyst in the oil and gas industry. He later transitioned into commercial and retail banking with JPMorgan Chase, ranking in the top 1% of bankers nationwide for three consecutive years before launching his mortgage career in Colorado.

A native of North Carolina, Matt moved to Colorado to attend CU Boulder and pursue his passion for climbing bigger mountains. When he isn't helping families secure their dream homes across the Front Range, he loves climbing, cycling, and spending time with his wife and two sons. Deeply committed to giving back, Matt founded the non-profit "Climb for Colon Cancer," raising over $50,000 for the cause while summiting Denali and Aconcagua.
